We welcome Kevin McCaffrey, who will be presenting the 'Governance Series' - first three in this years Club Essentials Webinars
Kevin focuses on strengthening organisational governance by aligning strategy, purpose, and board culture to set a strong tone from the top. As a Change Management specialist, Kevin designs Strategic Change programmes that bring this culture to life and support boards operating in an increasingly disrupted environment. He works across commercial, not‑for‑profit, and Iwi organisations, with a particular interest in helping boards and CEOs navigate complex challenges.
His background in sport has involved governance roles in rugby at club, regional, and national levels. He has worked with a wide range of sports in governance and strategy.
