Mariska is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background across industries including oil and gas, shipping, manufacturing, and sport. Since moving from Namibia to New Zealand in 2006, she has built strong expertise in finance and administration, progressing through roles at club level and AFL New Zealand to her current position as Finance Manager at Tennis New Zealand. In this role, she leads budgeting, reporting, governance, and financial operations, with particular strengths in funding processes and supporting organisations to deliver well-prepared applications.
