Kiwi player update

Several Kiwi players are in tournament action this week:

Michael Venus + Jamie Murray are in R1 men’s doubles tomorrow at the Abierto Mexicano de Tenis (ATP 500) in Acapulco. Fellow Kiwi Rubin Statham who is competing at the same event, reached the final round of singles qualifying

Erin Routliffe + Aldila Sutjiadi are in R1 women’s doubles tomorrow at the ATX Open Tennis (WTA 250) in Austin, TX

Ajeet Rai and Alexander Klintcharov are back on court again this week at the ITF WTT M25 Swan Hill tournament in Australia after competing against each other in the quarterfinals of last week’s Swan Hill event which saw Ajeet win through to the semis

Paige Hourigan and Monique Barry are also competing at the ITF WTT W25 Swan Hill tournament

Vivian Yang, Renee Zhang, Aishi Das, Maria Galatescu, Duncan Mccall, Harry Pugh are at the ITF J200 Nonthaburi tournament in Thailand alongside Tennis NZ Development Coach Matt Alexander

Lucia Gale is playing in the ITF J60 Tay Ninh City in Vietnam

Jade Otway is through to R2 of qualifying at the ITF WTT W25k event in Spring, TX
