As we look to continually modernize Tennis in New Zealand, we have launched the TNZ Portal, a system which allows Clubs, Associations, Regions and us as the National body to do a number of really useful tasks.
How can it help?
- Update and maintain Club information - ensuring
your region and Tennis NZ can contact the right
people. - Check who has submitted and completed a
Police Vet. - Checking coaches profiles and qualifications
- Submitting your annual returns (automatically if
on ClubSpark.) - Understanding your clubs membership trends
year on year.
Who should use it?
- Club Committees and/or Administrators.
- Club Coaches can use it if the Club gives them
permission and access. - You can have as many Portal Admins as you
would like so things are not lost if people
move on.
OK, SO HOW DO I GET LOGGED ON?
Click the link below, complete the form and get your access invitation sent out to you
You will be sent an invitation email.
• Click the embedded link with
invitation code
• Click Register and fill out details
You're in! Once you login you can check and update:
- Club information
- Correct Coaches
- Correct Club officers

Reach out to your Region for help with
information and support for the Portal.

issues.
If you are having trouble logging in to Portal
Ensure the correct username and password are used; in some cases, the username may be a unique character you used rather than an email address. e.g. johnsmith12
Password Reset
Ensure the correct username is used when resetting the password; like the steps above this could be a unique character rather than an email address.
Locked out?
If you receive a lock out message, you will need to wait 24 Hours before you can reset or login again.
Still need support
Email portal@tennis.kiwi and provide as much information as you can.
To request portal access, fill in the application form:
1-3 Business Day turn-around once submitted.
