The Bayleys Open is back!

Some of the world's best up and coming tennis professionals from New Zealand and around the world will again travel to Hamilton to compete for ATP and WTA ranking points, and a share of over $50,000 in prize money.

The event brings world class tennis to Hamilton and adds another exciting stop to New Zealand’s growing Summer Series tennis calendar.

Spectators can expect a week of exciting tennis action, with free public entry to all matches. Food and coffee vendors will be on site, and the event will run daily with matches from morning through evening.

Hosting these events in New Zealand means kiwi players have the chance to earn valuable ranking points and prize money at home, with the help of the home crowd.

The home crowd proved to be useful in the inaugural event, as last year it was Hamilton local Anton Shepp, now New Zealand's #1 ranked player, who won the men's singles title.
